Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom items and furniture items are final sale and non-returnable. If the item is damaged upon receipt, no refund will be given.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged but damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement if available or provide a full refund if no longer available. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shop@saltandcreek.com.
Shipping
We do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
