Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Salt & Creek! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return Policy
We have a strict 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom items and furniture are final sale and non-returnable.
- Damaged items upon receipt are not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at shop@saltandcreek.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We will email you a return authorization and a return shipping label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you; if not, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Salt & Creek is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
