Shipping Policy
Delivery Estimates
Transit time can take up to 7-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. We ship with UPS and USPS and offer different delivery options at checkout
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. As a small business, we do our best to get orders out to you as soon as possible.
If you require expedited shipping (next-day, overnight, or 2-day delivery), please note that orders must be placed before 12 noon for same-day shipping, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
In-Store Pick-Up Policy
Online orders placed for in-store pick-up at Salt and Creek are available for collection on Monday-Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Delays
In the rare event of a shipment delay, customers will be notified via email. We will make every effort to communicate any delays and provide updated shipment information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Salt & Creek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Salt & Creek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We take great care in packing every shipment and document the process with photos for proof of packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@saltandcreek.com as soon as possible. You will need to send us a picture of the damaged item, the item in the box, the outside of the package and the shipping label. We will follow up with the shipping carrier and do our best to rectify the situation.
