Delivery Estimates
Transit time can take up to 7-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Delays
In the rare event of a shipment delay, customers will be notified via email. We will make every effort to communicate any delays and provide updated shipment information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Salt & Creek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
